Part IV, The Introduction to the "Humanae Vitae at 50 Conference" held on 21 July 2018 at the Parish of Immaculate Conception and Assumption of Our Lady in Tuckahoe, New York. This conference was in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the promulgation of Pope Saint Paul VI's encyclical letter, Humanae Vitae.
